Driver Qualifications – Concert Tour Trucking

Before applying, all candidates must meet the following CDL driver requirements for concert tour trucking and live event transportation:

  • Must be admissible to Canada (no criminal history, including as a minor)
  • No DUI/DWI offenses
  • Minimum 10 years of verifiable OTR (over-the-road) driving experience
  • Experience driving in winter, snow, ice, mountains, and major cities
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission (non-automatic trucks)
  • Strong backing and maneuvering skills
  • Clean driving record with no serious accidents or violations in the past 3 years
  • Ability to stay on tour for 2–3 months at a time
  • Comfortable with air travel and last-minute scheduling
  • Maintain professional appearance, hygiene, and conduct
  • Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds
  • Experience with cargo securement and equipment handling
  • No pets or riders allowed
